It has been my experience that the achievements earned while the “unintended feature” is in effect display on screen next time you log in and achievements happen to work. It has happened on all three of my characters.

Some of my achievements are not working too.
I can see them, titles are there but some are not counted correctly.
Like discovered areas shows 16/17 but if you open the list all 17 are checked complete.

Same issue here. Trying if verify files fix the issue.

again not fixed…
if you make a new character and get them past the cutscenes and onto the beach, your achievements should show up then
