This issue comes and goes for me. I made an alt toon on a US East server and was able to see all the achievements and get all the titles. However, on my main toon, I couldn’t get the three titles that come with unlocking Faction. Yesterday, I had the title you get for pre-ordering and the one for playing alpha, but now those are gone too. It’s not game-breaking, but I hope it’s fixed soon.

Same issue here. Lifeonfyre on Aukumea in NA west. I went to change my title and this happened. I was just loading into the game so that may have been a trigger.
Mine has only loaded one time, and relogging and verifying files does not help. It’s just super broken. I remember in closed beta I had somehow got the “Musket Expert” title without even using a musket.
Try apply restore files on STEAM client.
I’m having the exact same issue on US West Nidavellir server.
I load in and get notifications that I have unlocked achievements, I changed my title to “Nature Lover” but 9/10 when I log in, it’s completely bugged.

Same here. Relogging is not an option, for obvious reasons.
Do achievements at least get properly tracked? I couldn’t care less about a temporary display bug, but if I miss achievements that are only obtainable once (basically all progress achievements), I get mad
I’m still getting this bug intermittently. Most of the time it resolves itself after playing for a while, but today it has been like that for several hours. I can’t log out right now or I will get stuck in queue. Is there any other fix for this?
Same exact thing for me, all achievements are Uninitialized and same thing with the titles, I cannot see or change to any new ones. Has been this way since day after launch, every single time I have logged in it has been like this for the entire duration.
I was really hoping the patch last night / this morning would have fixed it but apparently not

It worked for one play session after a reinstall but is back to uninitialized again. I really don’t want to have to reinstall before every session and haven’t even tested it again to see if it is a reliable fix. It was really nice to see achievements roll in for the first time ever. Just makes it all that much worse now that I know what I’m missing.
Same issue, I didn’t notice this uninitialized issue before I maxed skinning at 200 and saw I got a title… so then I checked titles and saw it and achievements were now .
I tried a relog but it didn’t fix the issue. I’ll update if I see different behavior tomorrow.
I got that error a while back at the launch, when the queue was shorter I logged out and back in and it was gone. At some point it was gone and I thought they fixed it but currently they are always bugged, no matter what I do… so looks like it gotten worse ^^"
I just had this issue, only I unlocked almost all of the achievements instantly after crafting some linen. When I saw all of the ones that were suddenly unlocked, I relogged and now it’s showing the uninitialized log. I don’t care about achievements that much, but I also don’t want to have false ones.
guess i found a workaround.
switch regions > u see character slots 0/4 > switch back to ur main region > hit play and the achievement tab works fine.
Relogging itself is the normal solution. You were probably just lucky that this relog was the right one for you.
There is a different number of relogs necessary each time. Somtimes a single one is enough. At other times I have to do it 6 or 7 times before the 88 are gone.
In each patch notes they write that they fixed it and it is always still there and not a single achievement bug is fixed

Nope. A simple relog didnt fix it for me. Tested it a few times. But changing regions and switch back works every time so far.
