Achievements in category "PvE Skill Based" do not progress

• Describe the issue you are experiencing: any achievement in the “Missions/PvE Skill Based” category does not progress. I have done countless of these missions to level my character from ~40 to 60 and not one of them counted towards these achievements
• Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: It prevents me from completing achievements, which is a bad thing™ for a completionist
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: no, this needs to be patched by AGS
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: see below
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: just do any mission from town mission boards and check if the related achievement progressed. Spoiler: it won’t.

Do you think it might be an issue that it says to complete Faction missions specifically?
I’m not sure Town boards count as Faction missions since the “PvE / PvP by Territory” achievement also requires up to 500 missions to be completed and is not broken.
I’m pretty sure the issue is that the Faction Leader’s are not giving any skill based which is why it has not been counting.
I originally was thinking the same thing until looking more specifically at the wording.

After thinking about it for a bit, it looks like the town board missions might have originally been Faction missions but where you can only do 3 PvE missions every 5 minutes. They just pulled all the quests from the faction line and made the town board so you can get more missions faster and just forgot to edit out the achievements.
