It was fixed for half a day, but then I froze on a quest turn in and now I am “uninitialized” again… please help.

Didn’t see there was a thread already about this issue, so I made one also. Here it is :
Same problem, the achievements are uninitialized, and if you complete an achievement during that time you don’t get the reward (the titles).

Describe the issue you are experiencing: The achievements were bugged ( I couldn’t see any, they were all noted down as just " *******/****/ " ) while I completed the achievement of choosing a faction at lvl 10. Now that the achievements are no longer bugged, when I check the achievements, I have the achievement of choosing a faction, but I didn’t get the 3 titles that come along.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: While the achievements are bugged, reach lvl 10 and select the faction. Reconnect in order to have the achievements unbugged, you’ll get the achievement, but no titles.

This happens about every other login for me, and has been doing so since the betas. I can’t find anything specific that triggers it or recreates it on demand.
There are times when I can log in, and achievements and titles work fine, then at some point during the session, they ‘break’ and are all showing the ‘uninitialized’ bug posted here. Other times they’re broken on login, and mysteriously ‘fix’ themselves while playing. There are also times when they’re broken on login and stay that way through the session, or are working and stay that way through the session. There seems to be no rhyme or reason for the error that I can point to as a cause.
Almost seems like there’s a problem between the game client and the servers that prevents them from syncing up on achievements, given that every time it is broken, there is ‘uninitialized’ plastered all over the UI involved.
