I have seen this reported for over a year. I have also seen 3 different solutions and none have worked for me.
(1) I cannot get the Achievements panel to show anything but the Uninitiated lines
(2) I have tried to do a Steam file clean
(3) I have done the “create a new profile” and character
(4) I have fully uninstalled and reinstalled, and I still get this issue.
Any ideas or work arounds?
Also may I please have a screenshot of your achievement window?

I’ve been getting this same bug since launch. When logging into the game for the first time for the day, I’ll get this uninitialized bug on the achievements screen. I have to close out to desktop and start the game again. The achievements screen is almost always correct the second time around, but it’s almost always bugged the first time.
Like I said, it’s never NOT been an issue for me from my old character on Ferri (which got merged/moved several times that I don’t even know where it’s at anymore) to now on my current character (ChaosMuppet) on Seer (which came from Minotaur).

For what it’s worth, I just tried to replicate the issue again to grab a screenshot, but the achievements were fine. I was on the same computer, but a different monitor with a different resolution this time.
Normally, I’m on a 3840x1200 resolution, and the achievements are almost always busted the first time. This time I started the game with a 3840x2160 resolution, and the panel loaded fine. Doesn’t seem like it would be the source of the issue, but I suppose weirder things have happened.
