I have a solid group of friends to play pvp / pve. (just like most of yall do here)
but a few close friends of mine, is getting banned for code of conduct,
appeal blanket is allow but when we request further clarification n reveal,
we would jst get a bot reply blindly, they r one of the most active pvpers that contribute huge to the community, handling company merges, filling up war roasters,
if the reply is about we buy dupe stuff (that happened quite recently) or doing something bout duping, that i can swear to u it is completely irrelevant, buying dupe stuff is wrong , if one do so , they definitely deserve heavy punishment, but this permanent bann that you r giving a hard dedicated governor/ consul running the pvp community for a server, personally as a close friend i choose to voice out. I’m trying my level best to adhere the company/ community that few close friends of mine are building, so i really hope any relevant authorities can really look closely into the appeal n incident.
Hi, I fully support banning players that cheat or exploit the game but I am struggling with people being banned without the opportunity to understand what happened or what they have done wrong. It is leaving a sense of fear in the community that you can be banned for no reason and never understand why. I think for the health of the population and the game, it might be a better exercise to give people specific reasons. I appreciate banning people is at your discretion and probably in the T&A for the game, but some transparency for those banned or in companies or servers with those banned would be appreciated unlike above message. Thanks for your consideration.

Some people duped or helped there duping friends.
After they get banned and need a explanation? They should be happy that they don’t get steam banned because of cheating. Since few days the forum is full of unguilty victims. Guess why?
Many members of the same company was banned. None duped. The ban was also after the period where the dupers were banned. We suspect that they were mass reported for “whoever knows the cheat is” by other faction.

Since all the post that is looking for clarification will make you interpret that we all are playing victims, I deem myself that you might have difficulty to put yourself in someone’s else shoes by default. I appreciate you being courageous to share our ur thoughts but just imagine if it’s your close mate that you have been playing about 1000 hrs++.They’re dedicated for the community, I definitely put my benefit of doubt for them. Therefore , It would be really great to share out n connect to relevant parties that might be able to resolve this.

Let’s not be personal. They are doing their job and following company’s policy. We just wanted to highlight that the current policy is getting ppl wrongly banned. Worse still, other ppl get away with willful wrong reporting.
@Community-Team it would be good if some information regarding why players are banned could be shared. Currently, banned players are guilty till proven innocent. But there is no way for them to prove that they are innocent if they dunno what they are guilty with. Appreciate help on this matter.
Yeah this seems a bit ridiculous, players should know why they have been banned and have access to some if not most of the evidence against them.
I totally support banning the low-life scumbags that duped consumables. The market is still flooded with them meaning that you missed a few. There is no reason that the 100 stacks of elicit crap should still be for sale in the TP. The economy is broken for now and AGS did a shit job of cleaning up the debris field. Oh, AGS still hasn’t replaced my furniture from the house moving abandon bug. I guess if I was an RMT company they would have jumped right on it. Bah!
The team here on the forums is not involved with in-game moderation.
In generally, AGs should have their full disclosure to banned player to at least know what happened why they are banned as this is obliviously a business known rule and every player is their customers. Therefore, it is a non-sense that getting bot-type reply and the player won’t get a chance to know what happen. Moreover, if any of the devs keep trying forum is not a place to write about appeal stuff. Did you realize that the appeal system is broken? Did you realize why people go for forum open a post instead of using your appeal system? I mean , the dev has to stop ignoring the problem, you have to review and inform the player honestly with the decision.

You’ll have to spend some money to take the company to court to obtain the reason why your was banned. Steam support such, so if you take retribution on the gaming company. Steam can and will lock your Steam account. It’s pretty much the opposite of PayPal’s model.
I’m tempted to make a Scam MMO myself. Make millions then close it down 12 months after. Under the guise, “it’s not populated.” Seem to be the trend for these big time gaming companies, these days… I might as well catch a ride on this bandwagon too.
A lot of the bans within the last week were f**** ridicoulous…
Pvp players who filled up their quick bar with potions before wars duped it fo accident and could get banned for regular war preperation…
Do it with mana, health, regeneration - pots and oakbalm … so you duped 4 times without noticing it even once…
→ " you are permanently banned, because we dont know anything about our f***** buggy game and it MUST have been your fault because you tried to cheat and CANT be only because of our beginnerlike bad game coding…"
That happens, when people who dont play the game and have like no sense what is going in, decide what is exploiting fir purpose and whats not…
Is that how the dupe worked? I still don’t know exactly how it was done.

It was something with combining stacks of items in your quick bar… So its a f***** joke to ban players, who duped whithout noticing, because every single warplayer fills up his quickbar before war
Dupe ban or autoaim musket player? Lot of autoaim cheaters from top clans on my server since last patch playing opr. Reported all of players i was sure 99% they are cheating.

Its really nice to see that you have noticed this post @BRGF, it certainly doesn’t feel great to get banned if you are playing the game legitimately. I really hope to see a good result/ response from your team and bring the player back to this game. We miss him.
