Add a log window on chat tabs

This is not the first time that people request a log window to check different things. It will be nice some options to filter the information.

This log could show:

  • Timestamp.
  • Damage done by ability or attack type and who received the damage.
  • Damage done by ability or attack type and who did the damage.
  • Heal done by ability or attack type and who received the heal.
  • Heal done by ability or attack type and who did the heal.
  • Stuff sold on AH.
  • Money received from/sent to players.
  • Items looted from chests or mobs
  • Resources gathered
  • Global information(war declared, invasion, city downgrades…)

An extra, but probably you are not comfortable with it, would be to dump this log to a file in order to parse it.
