Add diminishing returns on repeated Crowd Control Patterns

You should not be able to get knocked down, stunned or rooted by the same skill repeatedly, not to mention at all.
A meele shouldn’t get rooted by 4 ice showers in a row with no CC immunity.
A mage/archer/healer shouldn’t get knocked down, staggered or stunned by abilities like Shockwave or Divine Path repeatedly.

Archeage and Black Desert Online had a good reason for implementing CC immunity on repeated CC patterns and the reason is that it is a healthy game design.

It is this exact reason that pvp in this patch is no longer fun as a healer. The very moment you are caught, you are simply CC’d to death, regardless of armor.

Armor type only factors in for how long it takes them to kill you once locked down. Near instant death, or 3 to 4+ seconds of survival while hoping that someone can help pull you out of the CC lock you’ve found yourself in before you are inevitably killed because there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.

The fact that the devs want to try to pull healers away from the heavy meta is amusing. Because it is quite apparent that they do not actually play their own game. It’s a shame, really.

100% chain cc. is a joke. you can CC an entire point in War for 20seconds flat. in every game they have diminishing returns across all abilities. this game is stupid and dont. Also nerf great axe. its broken at a design level. whoever designed that and okayed it needs to be fired
