Recently with the patch yesterday in PTR they removed Energizing Hearty Meals ( The ones that give mana regen) from being allowed in the Arena. The thing is though many mana dependent builds need this food in order to use abilities properly. ( Every mana build uses these in PvP/Wars/PvE ). Its okay to remove Oakflesh/ Dust/ Hearty Meals—but we need to have Energizing Hearty Meals since mana regen rate is not that high if you are running multiple mana-dependent weapons.

Just use the infinite Mana Potions that the game gives you. If you run out of mana more often than you can drink a pot, you’re doing something wrong.
