Add Optional Notification of Tax Changes

The companies on my server like to make sneaky tax changes during the early hours hoping that people won’t notice it. Please add an optional notification that alerts the entire server anytime any tax rate is changed.

Thanks for the suggestion, ThousandLi. A notification when tax rates is change that can be opted in/out of is a good suggestion.

Would you prefer this to be a on-screen notification with a sound, or a notification in chat?

IMO, in chat and on-screen. Like happens after invasion with declassification
