Add the ability to turn effect's off in options

Please add the ability to turn off effects in the options menu.

Example.

Effects of party members ON/OFF
Effects of non party members ON/OFF
Effects of NPC ON/OFF

Sometimes with so many people hitting one mob I can’t even tell what I’m fighting half the time.

I agree, the Vfx are quite annoying. I’d also appreciate if we could turn them off for our own characters.
I realize that they are important for PvP, but let us decide if we want to see them or not.

I don’t think it will give any advantage if everyone would have the option to turn it off.
