Additional Details about Fresh Start Servers

Hi @Community-Team

the general information about the Fresh Start servers is much appreciated but could you answer some of the additional questions about this topic?

Like

  • Will characters created on those Fresh Start servers be able to transfer out of these servers to the current ones (from the start or at some later point)?

  • How many servers will there be at launch (of the Fresh Start experience) per region?

  • Will a character on a Fresh Start server count towards the two-characters limit, or will there be an additional slot (or even two)?

  • Will cosmetics from the current servers be available on the Fresh Start ones?

  • Will the current servers still receive as much attention regarding bots and cheating as the new servers?

  • Will players on the current servers be able to experience the revamped story? If yes, do you already have a date?

  • Will there be differences between old and new servers with regards to events (e.g. XP events only happening on old servers and not the new ones)?

  • I don’t see why not. It’s not a penal colony.
  • They’ve said each region will get at least one. Beyond that, it’s anyone’s guess.
  • They’re adding 1 so it will be 3.
  • Why would cosmetics be different? If you own it, you own it everywhere.
  • No they plan to totally abandon the old servers… kidding.
  • Yes. Two weeks before the fresh start servers get it,
  • Not likely.
