Correct, she relocates to Edengrove, SE of Valor Hold:

That said, the quest is glitched in that it does not show you a quest turn-in marker for this.

I observed the same. I can not see where she is and where I can finish the quest after the quest inside the Dynasty expedition. Thank you for your help!

She’s not at the Edengrove location for me, just the rock she was standing in front of. No quest turn in marker, not Adriana. Nothing but a rock.

In my case I don’t see her, neither the mission, my main history session is empty. I am now a character lvl 60 with the Azoth staff lvl 3. I created a ticket in support a month ago without any response yet. Any help will be welcome.
