who in the world made the afk timeout for wars and invasion so short. they literally force us to sit there for 15 minutes before the instance starts then decided oh hey they have to use their keyboard every 3-4 minutes or well just kick them. what a joke im about to never sign up for another war or invasion again its infuriating. who makes a game to just punish the player base by wasting their time over and over again.

What? that you can move around but you don’t, hence you get kicked. Yeah, you do have a problem being afk. We never have had anybody kicked for being afk pre-war. I have been kicked from op r, because, well, i was afk.

He’s not talking about humans kicking him. The automated system that boots you is tweaked to crazy mode in wars and invasions in the 15 minutes before start.
We generally have everyone in discord and positions set in the first 4 minutes. I couldn’t care less what my players do in the next 10 minutes.
We’ve had people go to get a drink of water and suddenly they’re kicked out by the automated system. We’ve had people fix their sound settings in discord only to find they’ve been kicked.
Not just as a player. As a leader it’s frustrating to have people not really afk getting kicked out. At least in wars they can be brought back in easily.
It’s like getting kicked out while browsing the trade house on steroids.
If they want folks glued to the screen then the pre-match should be at most 5 minutes. It just insults the value of people’s time.
And to be clear. This is new. I used to take a quick shower before we went to war because 15 minutes really is that long. I’m sure it has something to do with it sharing an AFK system with OPR.
