After 2 weeks of not being able to play. I give up

It has been 2 weeks of trying to get any help from support with only them dodging any kind of responsibility.

It was a mix of ‘You should be able to play now’, ‘There is nothing more to discuss’, ‘Its a problem we are working on’, ‘You are not allowed to discuss this in the forum’, etc.

Being treated like this for 2 weeks through tickets and posts nonstop was my limit and I am now uninstalling. It is a shame, I really liked this game.

I know I am not the only one, many other players did quite in way less time that what I have been hopeful to get back in the game, a few others are still waiting.

At least the game did last me a really long time, it was money well spent.

Yeah the common thought among the community is how bad the New World Support has been. Constantly getting automated replies isn’t exactly good support.

You didn’t even share what your issues are. Maybe if you list your issues, someone here can give you suggestions. Crying about it here will not help you.

I didn’t because discussing it in the forums means that community managers can and will close and unlist the thread because it is against the community guidelines.

They will only block you if you are rude or condescending. If you can’t list your issues, how can you get help here?

But, I will delete this thread and move it to general discussion. By mistake I posted this in the Support subforum, I am no longer seeking support. This post was just to share my experience with other players.

Even tho I am sad I have to accept that won’t be able to play anymore, I had fun.

Yea we have been struggling with support for about 2 weeks with issues as well. If youre interested in my post ill link it. Just goes to show how automated and slow the support is when dealing with anything Player mass reporting for 2 weeks WITH EVIDENCE. Amazon PLEASE help us!
