I love this game and for some reason can no longer play. I’ve verified files and all is well there, uninstalled and re installed with no change, closed all apps that may conflict with it and still can’t play. I downloaded the New World Public Test Realm on a hunch and that won’t launch either. I have not changed anything on the computer except to close down conflicting apps, have added no new software so basically all is the same as it has been for the 220 hours played. Upon checking with Intel Command Center it says this app can’t launch and explains what to do. My computer is 4 years old and nothing matches up in those settings like the command center shows. There is no option for advanced settings which command center suggests and the layout is totally different. Anyone else have this problem? I’d really like to keep playing this game but I’ve tried everything and nothing is working.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
- Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
- Click on dxdiag.exe.
- When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
GameLogs:
- Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
