After 400 hours, here's my list of changes I'd like to see

Remove friendly collision from PvE (it’s a nightmare doing content with multiple melees

Remove Orbs from Expeditions and Arenas entirely (if you must, add a 10 runs a day lockout, but don’t make me farm low-level zones just to a dungeon…)

Remove stagger from mobs basic attacks

Reduce Healer threat in PvE (my 590 GS wielding friend can hit a mob for 90% of its health and it’ll still be pounding on me)

Tanks can no longer be pushed around whilst blocking

Fix large monster hitboxes

Increase the speed at which you gain watermark slightly

Show your current watermark in-game

Global reset time for crafting and elite chests (say, 6am)

Revert Myrk changes

Add the ability to dodge cancel

Improve weapon switching speed, it’s super clunky right now

Add a proper raid healing UI for Wars/OPR

Improve visibility of party members (having to press the map to find your group in a war is just silly)

Make Outpost Rush queue cluster-wide, instead of server only

Improve side quest XP greatly to reduce the overall leveling time (we need fresh blood and the current leveling experience is a slog)

Increase the number of mining nodes, there are so few spots to farm certain ore and they can only handle one person at a time, which leads to extreme toxicity and frustration when trying to farm them

Link storage sheds so you can craft without having to take everything out, then portal to the settlement with the correct level crafting station (at the very least reduce the cost of moving items, 200g for one item is insane)
