After server shutdown lost all fast travel points (Spirit Shrines and Settlements) server Annwyn

Character name - Dikaheda server Annwyn.
After problems with connection 20/10 and maintance server at my account I’ve lost all fast travel points, can only fast travel to house.
When I’ve come to the Spirit Shrine that i already visited before it became avaliable for fast travel.

So it’s looking not like problem at local data.
My Map now looking like:

Same problem on same server! Character name - Nofun

yesterday game kick me with the “server error: failed to persist character” error.
and today all fast travel locations and settlements gone i cant fast travel anywhere.

Just had this happen after the server crash last night on NA East Eden.
Character name: IrishAsassin

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Eden (NA East)
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Logged in and all my fast travel points (Settlements, Outposts, Shrines and Inn Recall) are gone. Settlements and Outposts say I need to visit there before I can fast travel to them. Shrines no longer show on my map.

Events just before issue: I was logged in last night and the NA East server Eden crashed. Attempted to log in and found the map wasn’t rendered and I was just falling. A short while later a message at bottom of screen stated they are rebooting the servers at 1:25am server time.
