After the morning update, the game began to hang tightly (as when arranging furniture) . Does anyone else have problems after the last update?

any error appears? I get a response “This computer does not meet one or more requirements.” Yesterday everything was fine, but today the game began to load for a very long time and produce 40fps at minimum settings:/
