For those with the same problem, after almost 30 minutes - stuck on the same screen, the game started.

But that’s not a solution, this issue isn’t solved. I’m having the same issue and if you’re telling me I have to wait 30+ minutes just to play the game then something is very wrong. This thread is not resolved and I need help.

Please provide all the information requested on the web ticket form as well character name, server and world name you are and the link for this post.
