  1. Lock highpop servers Too many people are causing OPR To bug Laz to lag people are losing orbs because of it and now you do not care to refund those orbs to people even though they spent either time/mats making them or coin people be out here paying 50k for m9 to m10 orbs and if it bugs the person they paid ain’t going to give that money back there going to dip out.
    (this is the main reason the laz puzzle is breaking)

  2. Factions, There is an issue with elites pricks only putting people in wars who they like not based on skill, also the other issue is the fact there is an over surge of players in one faction makes an unbalanced and unjoyful community to be part of.

  3. Aimbotters. there are 2 known aimbotters on Castle of Steel US East currently King Charles (Cov), Spoofle (twich name) Spoofly (Marauders) make an anti-cheat and get rid of these cucks steam ban them if you have to.

  4. Instead of treating your community like shit how about be respectful to them? those going to live chat are praticaly being told to fuck off or being told there orbs, money will get refunded and it never does happen.

DO SOMETHING BEFORE THIS GAME GOES DOWN THE TRAIN BECAUSE THATS THE PATH ITS ON AND THE STAFF/DEVELOPERS CURRENTLY SEEM TO NOT GIVE A SHIT.

Dude isn’t good enough to be considered an aim botter. I literally dumpstered him all game. Again, the brigading against the aimbotter boogeyman is ridiculous.

I’ve used the live chat twice now and this isn’t my experience at all. The people I’ve chatted with are actually honest and helpful. Since I do live-chat customer service as well, I know all too well that people who live chat are extremely rude on the client end. I venture to say you likely didn’t get the answer you wanted which is what lead you to stating this.

Customer service reps can’t guarantee you anything unless they’ve been given permission already, likely on a wide scale. You aren’t special, these things happen, it’s not CS’s job to ensure the developer team does their job appropriately.

IDK man I’ve placed first every OPR I’ve been in and I don’t aim bot. Guess those aim bots suck.
