Again, We Rise - Unable to complete, Yrsa not spawning

What is your character name in New World: Guinnyn
What server/world did you experience your issue on: SA, Eugea
Describe the issue you are experiencing:Been entering and leaving the marked cave, read the note, used my Azoth staff on the orbs, and Corrupted Gladiator Yrsa never spawned. She’s not in the cave, and spent about 20 mins inside the cave, lots of other lesser mobs spawned, the orbs respawned, but Yrsa not once.
Is this a bug or an exploit: Bug
(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Can’t advance on the main questline
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No
(if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: Not able, the mob I should kill just doesn’t spawn.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: No steps.

I’m on US West Theleme and this boss is not spawning.

Managed to kill her today. Took about 15 minutes or more for her to spawn though. That’s way too long.

Confirmed this on Nunne Chala server. waited for 10 minutes, no spawn. looped back twice after doing resources runs around the cave and it is still not spawning. Seems like the timer is not what they wanted? I see patch 1.0.1 addressing a number of issues with spawn timers, maybe this is another one?

Can confirm: NA West - Sarragalla Yrsa is not spawning.

waited 15-20 minutes for Yrsa to spawn while being swarmed with the other mobs that spawn every 20 sec or so
