Not once rather twice AGS customer service stated that my account’s ban was going to be lifted at 2022-10-7 but this day passed while my account still remains perma banned! Here are screenshots:
I also sent a ticket at 10-6 asking why my account still remains perma banned while they said it is going to be lifted at 10-07, automatic response about they would look it into my case came but after a week there is still no response! Here is it’s screenshot:
Why exactly my account’s ban isn’t lifted even after AGS customer service said it was going to be?? I didn’t knowingly exploit anything, in fact after weeks i still have no idea what exactly happened! So i always expected my account’s ban would be lifted and kept my hopes high after AGS customer service said it was going to happen but nope!! For God’s sake there must be a limit to their extreme incompetence…

I do apologize for all of this situation with the ban you received and I’m deeply sorry for the overall experience you had during the ban appeal process and with the responses that you received. This is definitely not the experience we want our players to have.
Appreciate all of the information provided, I’ll definitely escalate this situation with the service you received since as said above, we really want our community to have a great time while enjoying New World.
Unfortunately from the forums we do not have any means to obtain any kind of detail or information to check what is going on with the case, this would be through the website as you already attempted, since we do not handle this information directly I’d really recommend you head there and send the information you provided here on the appeal with those captures.
As well I advise to send the logs to our team so they can review the proof and take the best decision on the case, here are the steps on how to check your log files:
Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
Send the file along with your message.
As a tip try pasting the logs in a pastebin file so our mods can access it!

About logs i’ve never sent any logs because nobody asked me to do! I will definitely send them but i couldn’t follow you when you said pasting them in a pastebin file. I searched it and i guess i should upload them to pastebin.com and share the link with customer service? Also i really have no idea when or what kind of incident happened so i should send past a week etc long logs from the day i got banned? Again thank you very much, i have a little bit hope now.

Hey Legumi, i sent a new ticket with all my logs from starting the game and link of this topic. I really hope as well that this proper information will be enough to lift my account’s ban. There wasn’t a way to upload rar file so i uploaded it to wetransfer and shared link, i guess it is fine. Thank you very much again for everything, it’s been a heartbreaking process but at least i feel like i received some support anymore

It could be taking longer because it was weekend but they said in their previous response they weren’t going to respond about the issue anymore so perhaps that’s why there is no response. What should i do?
Perhaps they are investigating my case without even downloading log files, right? I can’t believe i took your not proper information advice seriously. I wish nobody helped me in that case at least i wouldn’t feel like cheated!! The worst customer service i’ve ever seen, no work at all expect lies and automated responses…
Unfortunately since you stated that you had already sent a couple of appeals you could’ve been changed on the queue position to the bottom once again. I advise you to be patient and wait for a resolution from our team.
