Not once rather twice AGS customer service stated that my account’s ban was going to be lifted at 2022-10-7 but this day passed while my account still remains perma banned! Here are screenshots:
I also sent a ticket at 10-6 asking why my account still remains perma banned while they said it is going to be lifted at 10-07, automatic response about they would look it into my case came but after two days there is still no response! Here is it’s screenshot:
Seriously what is going on? Why exactly my account’s ban isn’t lifted even after AGS customer service said it was going to be?? I didn’t knowingly exploit anything, in fact after weeks i still have no idea what exactly happened! So i always expected my account’s ban would be lifted and kept my hopes high after AGS customer service said it was going to happen but nope!! For God’s sake there must be a limit to their extreme incompetence…

she is a reliable player we know. We do not understand how such a ban was thrown. We certainly don’t think you’re cheating. It was very enjoyable to play this game with him. please open your account!

They did say that a lot of people would be temp banned until they completed investigation. It is possible that you received a permanent after the investigation. Although that would be unfortunate, only you and AGS know if you did anything wrong or not.

I sent like 10 tickets, at first they were saying my perma ban is merited without any date for lifting the ban. Then they started stating the ban was going to be lifted at 10-7 so i think it was after investigation! Yet after that date passed my ban wasn’t lifted even if they stated so…

I am sorry to hear of your scenarios and how your ban hasn’t been lifted yet. Unfortunately, this topic is not suited for the support forums as we do not handle bans or ban appeals via this channel.
We would normally forward you to submit your appeal in a web ticket here Appeal a Penalty - Support | Amazon Games / Appeal a Penalty - Support | Amazon Games, if you have not already done so but given you mention you already have, the only advise we have left for you is to continue your communication via the Email you received in response to your appeal.
In regards to the reason for the ban, you will be informed of the cause in general but no specific details will be volunteered. Please do not submit multiple tickets as that will only delay a review of your penalty.
Given there is nothing the Support Forums can add onto this, I will be closing this thread now.
