I understand this is an extremely violatile question, but it must be asked.
WIll there be a water mark reset after the introduction of expertise for people that have already grinded their water mark?
Further, can you make sure when you launch this system OPR and similar pvp systems grant equal water mark gains to other pve, related content; and not make it lop sided forcing players to do pve, to pvp (Which is really, really bad).
