AGS needs to separate PVE balance from PVP balance

It’s high time this gets done. Life staff is ruining combat in PVP. I’m well aware nerfing it with the current weapons being locked for both modes would destroy PVE so they need to change the system for each one separately.

I wear light armor, have 400+ DEX, and shoot them with rapid shot WITH ARMOR PENETRATION all 3 headshots. They don’t even move anymore. It’s like weapons tickle them. They literally sit there and face tank it. The Sacred ground and one skill out heals all damage done to them. The only way to kill healers is with stuns or CC. You cannot outdamage them through conventional means.

There are other problems in PVP that need to be addressed but this is the most pressing issue. This is what lets pre-made groups roll over all competition. This is what makes the endless zerg fights in wars/opr that are comically stupid.

On top of this, all armor should only be able to roll PVP perks OR PVE perks. You should never get wards with resilient. Stop expecting people to play the losers lottery. There’s a reason 98% of the games population left. This is part of it.

This was posted in another thread by Ryladryl. He says if they’re not standing in sacred ground then you get the above, but sacred ground cannot heal faster than these damage numbers.

Not related to the above because he doesn’t seem to have the buff, but everyone and their auntie is using mortal empowerment these days as a ranged player, and surviving against them is becoming impossible. Especially given the wide open spaces that fully favours ranged builds. I saw an OPR video of a musket with 71 kills. People are dying faster than they can be healed
