The que times have gotten out of hand on East. Last night you locked Olympus, which is a rather new server in itself. That was a good move, but it’s really just a Band-Aid. You also released your projections on server health. However with Brimstone on the horizon and so many new and returning players, what is the real plan? Do you plan on opening more servers either before or at the very least on the release day of Brimstone. It really seems that this would be prudent to do before release. Not to mention a free transfer token to all players should also be given serious consideration. It feels like Deja Voo Doo when thinking back to last years launch. It was the first black eye for this game. Considering the writing is on the wall, I hope you will be more proactive and forthcoming with a comprehensive response before the ____ hit’s the fan
