I keep saying this on Reddit, AGS Discord and other various places but it’s beyond a joke now, take the game offline while you FIX IT PROPERLY.
The game has lost SO MANY PLAYERS and this update hasn’t helped it’s only getting worse.
Wipe the game or just fix it and bring it back up the choice is yours, I’m personally voting for a wipe at this rate.
Do not delay; the damage is done now is the time to go back to the drawing board and fix this disaster.
Probably time to stop, considering how ludicrous it is.

Just because it worked for ffXIV does not means it will work here. After tonight’s dev response i have 0 hope for this game, they doubled down on the shity changes and disregarded all the feedback.

Me too in a weird way. 
Do you know what will actually happen of they shut this down, and keep paying devs while trying to make the game marginally better without any source of revenue in the meantime?
The game will be cancelled.
If they were to shut it down they would never come back. This is their last chance to make a decent game as they have failed many times before to even launch one. But it is dying, 75% player base lost since launch this fast is not good. Even if you give incentive to return later you dont get even half of the players back cause they dont have faith in you anymore.
The damage is already done at this rate.

Worth mentioning that there aren’t many reasons to play this game over other MMOs either - most of it’s features are shallow and/or have been done better by other games, why choose this one?
Part of the reasons it got 900k players is because the MMO playerbase strives for something new and exciting again, but it clearly wasn’t fulfilled here. The moment servers shut down the Sunk cost fallacy of many players will vanish, they’ll play something else and probably stick there instead, and so on.
it’s amazon… it’s not like they don’t generate $$ from other divisions.
They screw up with it - either fix it or shut it down and fix it after
