Why is it that there isn’t a single named tower shield in the game that turns legendary? The Pvp tower shield can’t be upgraded legendary, there is no craftable Legendary Tower shield. Now you can’t even craft a legendary tower shield anymore. You have to use umbral shards on a shield which means already for sword and shield it takes 2x the umbral ammount. Can’t even give us the decency of letting us get a legendary tower shield.
Legendary or not you get the same stats. And you get 6 perks at least as s/s, double every other weapon. I don’t feel like this is such a big issue you are making.
Also shield does not even factor in to your overall GS so no you don’t need to upgrade it past 600 really unless you want the +1 stat.
for dps with S&S 6 perks might seem like a lot, but for Tanks you have to have sturdy or the shield is basically garbage, that steals an entire slot just to be a functional shield.
Ok… So you have 5 interchangeable perks which is still 2 more then any other weapon. I edited in about the GS on my original comment as well.
Now looks like AGS has removed legendary shields from the game entirely.
