Pretty sure this has been an issue since the game released, but Alchemy stockpiles give abysmal drops. At the moment, I rarely ever loot them, because I feel they are a waste of time.
Suggestion: 10-15 motes for smaller chests, 1-2 quints for stockpiles + random Tier V potion.
