Same bug on Ship-Trap.
I tried 2 times.

Igninel PabloSilverfang, thanks for reporting this and sorry for the slow reply. I’m sorry you were not able to get this quest completed as the item from Alectos wasn’t dropping. I’ll send it to the development team.

Tired to reset the quest many times but to no avail. The quest is called “Reaper’s Locus (Expedition)”
