Describe the issue you are experiencing: All actions are being interrupted / timing out prematurely. This includes interactions with the trading post, mining or (or any gathering). Any type of gathering or even opening chests will time out before I complete them. I’ve heard the same complaint from numerous people.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I’m considering quitting the game…it becomes extremely annoying and I was hoping that it would be an issue that was fixed with the patch.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes…but it happens nearly every time I do anything. imagine always having to try to open a chest multiple times without timing out / stopping the action. I almost never get through mining a node without having to click it multiple times

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I’m sorry…I’m not technically proficient. It would take a video, and I don’t know how to do that
Today, I finally made it to 200 smelting. I excitedly went to make the 10 asmodeum I had been saving to make. Low and behold when went to craft, the interrupt kicked me out. I quickly verified that there was no asmodeum crafted…I still retained all of the materials to make it, but when I went to craft it appears that although the craft did not actually happen, my cooldown is now 24-hours. PLEASE ADDRESS THIS ISSUE! Many people are having the same problems!
I’m having the same issue since the update 1.0.3. Every action gets interrupted, trading at trading posts, gathering, crafting, opening chests, skinning. I’m totally going to stop playing, it’s been so much time like this, this bug is really annoying, can’t do anything in game properly without being interrupted all the time.

Describe the issue you are experiencing: Same as described by OP. All actions are being interrupted / timing out prematurely. This includes interactions with the trading post, mining or (or any gathering). Any type of gathering or even opening chests will time out before I complete them. I’ve also noticed the same flickering within Inventory screen, storage screen, map, town/faction board, basically any opened UI window. Once it starts, it also indicates that you’re about to hit rubber-banding type “lag” when moving too. Connection speed is fine and does not drop during it either.

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Takes a serious amount of perseverance and exiting/re-entering the UI screen to accomplish any kind of crafting, purchasing from TP or performing any timed action (gathering/fishing/etc). Movement becomes incredibly tedious.
(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Same as OP. Yes, most of the time, but it is nigh on impossible to craft successfully or to purchase, buy or sell on TP.
