All bruisers will now have divine stop crying healers

Bingo bango bongo.

What do they get now?

Honestly what does this even mean? Why does a bruiser having divine have any impact on a healers experience?

Is he talking about the “receive more incoming heal” item perk?

Ya I know what divine does? Just curious why he said healers stop crying? Like divine has no impact on healers, melee get a little more healing but it’s not like a healer cares?

No bro I was genuinely asking, I could not remember if that was the name of the +incoming heal perk.

So ok if that’s the post about, maybe he’s talking about heavy healers? I mean, even if I had 5 armor pieces with that I still don’t make up for the lost 30% on heavy, plus the cast times…

Divine is only like a what? 9% increase? A bruiser having the perk divine hasn’t meant shit since forever… This post reeks of dps.

I bet it’s a STR dps.

Ya incoherent post and being randomly mad at healers, reads like a left clicker for sure

I dont think the extra 9 or 10 percent of the AOE heals that you get are gonna save your life with the burst damage that happens…

Like on average my beacon tics from 600-800, my sacred for 900, and my orb is 220 (kinda off of memory and i run 360 focus and 150 con)

So that extra lil bit will not help you in clump fights, or most fights but I mean it was an awesome perk to see when you used lights embrace or divine embrace on your bruisers because those were bigger heals so the increase of heals was like 200-300 more health but the crying you must be seeing from healers is those abilities are dead to us with the cast time so thats irrelevant.

But hey goodluck with your divine, will help with the health pots

He doesn’t know Divine is effectively useless in the grand scale of things. You could surely live without divine. Stuff like Stamina Recovery is 100% higher tier. Reads like a DPS player, yep.

Tell me you’re a GA/WH user without telling me

Divine is better than health by far, you get like an extra 1k hp from health pots. It also boost things like life steal and health regeneration.

Spear/SnS. From all the responses im seeing yall just wanna heal yourselves to full with every cast. Yall pretend like potions don’t exist. I get that farming for bis heavy gear and having that taken away from you sucks but this game needs some balance.

Honestly for me it would’ve been solved by making self healing nerfed, but I ain’t the one making the changes. Either way this community will cry with every change that happens.

REMINDER: HEALERS CAN USE POTS TOO

I think at least for me, it’s not even about the self healing.

They could have lowered that, and i would have been just fine because my OUTPUT (the part that helps my teammates) was not extremely affected.

However, with this change, being a 60% less effective healer means that heavy armor is simply a selfish choice, and no longer can i offset my stats to still be effective while having a little more survivability if i get pressured.

This change takes heavy healers off the table in any meaningful sense. As the output is simply too low to be effective in anything other than a mild annoyance in heavy armor.

This was an attempt to pidgeon hole healers into light, in order to more easily balance it into 3v3, as i understand an extremely well geared heavy healer, with good skill could effectively be almost impossible to kill even with all of the heal reductions inside the arena.

BUT, with that being said. There was no tradeoff.

Lower self healing? Sure! I get why it was a pain. But now heavy is just as easy to kill as light, but with no output. It’s useless.

Could they have increased damage output in some kind of paladin-esque meaningful way to the gems? Sure could, that would have been a kind of “balance” or it would have made a kind of sense. low damage and high heals in light, low heals and some damage in heavy? Something.

Instead of, well. This.

Heavy armor heals no no bad.

Just, really sucks for me. Because that’s what i play, and now it’s not just regearing. It’s learning to do the roll dodge game. And i’m just not coordinated enough for that

I have all bis jewelry from dungo drops! Haha

The thing is if melee dps don’t know how to play and will get quick damage from boss or stuck inside ice shower, the healer will not safe his life anymore, because he the warrior gonna die faster than the healer is able to cast his spell. Also a healer heals gonna be weaker, so even if he will do heal on time, the incoming dmg will be too big and the little heal won’t save anyone life. Another thing is a healer survability in light armor, stamina regen nerf and dodge distance. There is a huge chance, that every group pvp, the healer gonna be the first one who die. Even now one good player is able to kill healer, imagine group fight 5 vs 5 and 4 dds focusing 1 heler after update, there is no way to escape from them.
