Why say servers for EU are all online when your official server status page still shows servers under maintenance to this minute? Nothing like creating more frustration

Our server is high pop, new player locked and off line.

Waiting for a DEV writing “We are investigating bla bla bla, downtime for some EU server is extented for XX H., we apologize bla bla bla”.

You may want to restart the game as well, there is a client update waiting for you if you havent restarted since it went down.

Well they posted an update saying some EU servers are still offline and apology for miscommunication.

So it should be at first 16:00 (Berlin), then 17:00, then 19:00, now still not online… so they have doubled the estimated time and are still not complete …

Every other world in every other region seems to be online, exept for those 36 on EU.

How bad can an update be prepared and finished? I mean really, doing updates and forgetting other servers to be updated. Then setting up an estimation time of 4 hours, but then almost double the time except for the worlds which aren´t updated.
This is a joke, thats not community managing that community destroying. We did already wait for about 8 month with delay until the launch and now such preventable problems.
I am questioning if these guys working for Amazon games are professionals…

Tartarus is still down, what is worse, I cannot play as my alt on Melinde, because of weird bug that makes the game think that both servers are down…

And these still maintenance worlds are not low populated, my Hyperborea server is, I guess, the second one in popularity in the EU

36, do you work for Amazon, more like 50% of EU servers are greyed out.
