All Loom CD keeps say 24hr and won't let me craft

• Describe the issue you are experiencing:
  Per the title, when I logged in today I could not use the loom b/c everything is on a 24 hr CD.
  If I log out and back in the CD start back at 24hr again. I’ve tried using the Loom in 2 other towns ad get the same thing.

• Is this a bug?
  This isa bug.

• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay:
  Cannot craft .

• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue:
  No

  Try to use town loom.

• When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone)

Could you try to craft the phoenixweave at a Tier 5 loom with the materials in your inventory? Even though it will say you are on a cooldown, give it a try.

I tried that with the matts in my chars inv and that worked.
