I did the “transfer all” in the armor and weapon categories from my storage in EF to my personal inventory, it was about 3 sets of gear, and it all is gone. I went thru amazon games support, did all the recommended things (restart, files, etc) and nothing worked. They said they submitted a ticket but that was 4 days ago.
