This doesn’t tell us anything. Is it going to be days, hours, weeks??? Give us an estimation so we know what to expect.

When did this happen? After new patch launching (04/04/2023 21:20 PM)
It’s great to give us “Marks of Fortune” but what we really want are our items back, because many of us can’t play because our main items are gone, there’s no point in giving us “Marks of Fortune” if we can’t play. … it would be very important to give us an estimate of time it’s been 2 days since I can’t play this is demotivating…

did you even get the “Marks of Fortune” ? I received absolutely nothing, I still don’t have my items and I didn’t receive the “Marks of Fortune”

I wrote in the game to the help section and did not get an answer. due to overload, things had to be sprayed to continue playing
I got my 50k. Maybe wait a bit for it, and if you still don’t have it when the patch happens, contact support I guess

things still haven’t recovered
I really went through this and was one of the first to report it, so far I haven’t received anything
I only received the “Marks of Fortune”. Items not yet. The “Marks of Fortune” should be delivered gradually, just wait until you receive
I checked my stuff and it’s still all gone as well. Hoping they fix it soon, want to try out the new stuff.
I had bis gear worth over 5mil hopefully its the same gear I had on. 50000 marks doesnt = lost gear lol.
