I had all but the the Weaver’s shoes. Logged in today and is all gone. That shit is pricey and hard to come by. Anyone else having this issue? How do I go about getting these missing items back???

Please try the following:
Run a file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
After the step above:
- Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.
Let me know any result after that troubleshoot please and thank you in advance.

That did not correct the issue. Cap, shirt, pants, and gloves are still missing

Instructions for generating a DXdiag : Open and run DxDiag.exe 2 (Open and run DxDiag.exe)
Instructions for finding the in-game logs:
- Press Windows+R on the keyboard, type %appdata% and press enter.
- Open the most recent file from this folder: /AppData/local/AGS/LogBackups.
- Paste the contents of the file into your message. Feel free to use a pastebin file for the logs, just paste the file’s link to a response and i’ll be able to check it.

Hey, I do not want to highjack this thread but are you able to look at my Ticket and see if there is any update on it? My thread on here has not gotten any reponse on it and it’s been about a month due to missing gear and Have not gotten anyupdate since I spoke in the live chat weeks ago regarding this issue.

There is a bug on storage, sometimes when you press E the storage UI doesn’t actually open. If you subconsciously use Shift+Click to transfer items, the items will end up on the floor inside the shed and you will never be able to retrieve them. Other people started similar threads but it is still in the game, just be careful yourself make sure storage shed UI is on the right hand side before transferring anything.
Does this happen when the item(s) are locked? Because I lock EVERYTHING. Thanks for your reply.
Yes you can drop a locked item, so it’s possible you discarded instead of stored? I’m not saying it isn’t a bug but clearly it’s not widespread or the forums would be imploding.
here is the response that I got…it makes no damn sense.
Right now we can’t access our tool as of the moment so there is nothing much that we can do about it but as soon as we got back the access we will try to see what we can do.

I got another response in the support forum. It was copy and paste bug reporting boilerplate. The CM didn’t even read the thread that they were replying to.
