Just do it. Either for free ( would be expected ) or give us the number to make it happen. Stop dragging this out ,its frustating beyond belif.

They’re going to. They want things to stabilize, add more severs (they’ve already gone from 200 or so past 500) so people will spread out and play on 0 queue servers, then offer people the chance to move.

sure i can move to a new server, but i dont want to start from lvl 0 agen

does this include your items and lvls? otherwise its no point lol

They won’t have transfers until they see how many people reroll new characters on the lighter servers in the next 1-2 weeks, because if they don’t they recreate the same issue again of people going in large groups to a few servers.

I can’t see, at all, why you wouldn’t have everything moved that you own and all of your progress intact.
