so for each team there is 3 players
you’re seperating premade of 2 into seperate queue
now these 2 premades needs 1 more player
…
…how to put one more person for each team in seperate queue?
How about…2v2?
Simple, just don’t allow it. You either single queue, or you queue as a group of 3.

Or a a 2 group can be queued with a 3 group. It isn’t as big of a difference as an all solo queue vs a 3 stack. So imo they should just have a solo queue OR non solo queue where solo people can queue in too but it would mostly be used for the 2 or 3 stacks who queue.

If u are really so bad that u cant find a friend to queue in Arena … this says a lot about endless reasons of complaining.
Its ONLINE GAME! We are supposed to play with friends, not to forbid every type of team queueing because some players are so bad that nobody want to team-up with them.

What does dueling have to do with anything, just because you’re betting Monopoly money.
Either way, nobody plays arenas, so add a solo queue. I don’t see why not. You’re still gonna be sitting in queue for 30 minutes.
Maybe on your server. On valhalla arenas go 24/7 while OPR only runs maybe 20 hours out of the day.
Arena is also the best way to tell if someone is good at PVP. Anyoen thinking that meters in OPR or Wars are the way to identify this are generally pretty bad.
I know its just day 1, but 9 out of our top 10 ranked people for almost all of the categories on Valhalla arenas queued together as premades.

On dry tree alot of the guys at the top queued as duos.
Duos Vs singles shouldnt be a thing.
These guys would be top even if they were single queue, they are very good players. But this is a method to get far more favourable matchmaking.
Of course they will utilise it.
Why does that change with 3v3? Two bruisers and a healer. 3 bruisers. 3 healers.
2v2 where possible between premades would be fine. I’m not even sure why they stopped at 3v3 to be honest. Why not up to 5v5?
I like to queue with a friend sometimes. Being able to do that and get paired against another 2 would be pretty cool. I’d prefer that a lot more than the current scenario.
If you are so confident that solo players are bad and they are the minority, why are you against separating solo/group Q ?

I’ve only said its an online game and in online games we are supposed to be able to play with our friends. Now if u play any online game for weeks/months and still cant find any friend to play with, this should rise enough questions about urself.
Arena is not that active on the most servers.
What gives u more rights to play arena in solo than the duo groups?

I’m very sure even if queue will be exclusive only solo there will be another endless threads of complain from the same players category. Reasons like weapons are to OP, Healers are healing, Tanks are tanking, DPS are doing DPS and more totally valid and realistic complains.

Spoken like a 3v3 main. This is a bad take, like quite bad.
Certain builds excel at different activities. Things that are very strong in 3s don’t get slotted in wars and are mid in OPR.
3v3 tells you who is good at 3v3s that is all. They may be terrible at understanding how to fight with tons of bodies and positioning (also when to take a fight) which you do on such a small scale in 3s.
I completely disagree with your take.
An amazing 3v3 player will generally speaking still perform exceptionally well in Wars/OPR because they have firm understanding of class/weapon mechanics as well as dodge utilization.
Someone that can be seen as amazing in wars with clump fighting can be awful in smaller scale pvp.
Wars are not nearly as difficult to be efficient in, and everyone ive ran into that points towards how well their company is in regards to them being a pvper, has generally been C tier or below average. The highest skillcap players in the game will be combat tested in arenas when ranked comes out. Not in wars / opr.
people who want to queue as a premade should fight other premades only.
if you want to queue as a premade but fight 3 totally unorganised randoms 90% of the time then you clearly arnt doing it for a competitive game but just to gank non organised players for easy games to increase your epeen.
you can play with your friends against other people playing with their friends if its so easy for people to find ‘friends’ then it should not be a problem having seperate queues should it.
