I have noticed(on more than 1 occasion) that to see if i have learned something via a plan or whatever is by going to specific work place, and or I learned it to discover I already had. I mean if I have already learned it and its already in my character list, why can’t it say “learned” or something similar? It would help also in Trading post for those looking to purchase recipes and the like, due to little message. saying already known.
