If they push it then they didn’t give it enough time to be tested and if they don’t then they cannot do their weekly patch.

well they werent rly buffed. GA is just a tooltip update. and for WH only the pve skills got buffed. therefor not rly relevant.
the real question is why didnt they get nerfed and why did they choose to nerf everything into the ground that could semi counter them given the GA/WH player is absolute trash which applies to 99% of them.

i mean its not just that they nerf the wrong things. they also nerf stuff by squashing it with a sledgehammer. a reasonable experienced mmo dev knows that when you nerf something you do slight adjustments, one thing at a time. you dont go havoc and change like 7 things per weapon at once. thats literally full retard mode. IG isnt even functioning on PTR right now. you literally cant even get 1 heavy freeze off cos you only have a 1sec window and these trolls changed the hevay attack casttime to 1.3secs lmao. whoever is responsible for these changes needs to be fired immediately.

It means almost everything. The PTR primary function is to make sure their changes don’t break things like previous patches have. Any actual adjustments to the proposed changes will be minimal to none. Especially considering the timeframes they are working with.
Later down the line it may be used more for both bug checking and actual feedback if they have large gaps between putting content on it and patches, but right now, what you see is 99% what you get
