I understand that, it has been over three weeks since my ticket was opened. I have been asked for game logs three times despite providing those logs and more. I’ve been told that the crafting issue/bug I’ve had is simply how the item was designed when that is absolutely not the case. Can you help me?
Where is the EU support?, as the EU Newworld servers have more issues than any other Region, “Why” is this
Where is the EU’s support why is the EU being given a buggy version of NEW world compared to all other Regions
I’m quite sure if we all Emailed complaints at customer service for Amazon inc asking them they would be reviewing why this is happening and why is their in boxes being filled with customer complaints you at NEW World would wake up
Thanks for understanding @ajh16, I can of course try helping you on this! But for that could you please elaborate what is the issue exactly? and also apart from the tickets what steps have you taken with customer support so far?
I can assure you that there are not downgraded or buggier versions of the game, of course there can be situations a where player will think that depending on their experience but this is not the case.
Now with the question related to the EU Support section, at the moment there are not plans for opening one but I can of course pass this feedback to the correct people.
i have spoken with game support 3 times, the first one said he opened a case to send to the devs, with all of the info i provided.
the second one said that the first one doesnt have the authority to do that and that he was sorry, and will be speaking with the first guy about it.
the third person seemed helpful, but i have not gotten a response from that ticket in over 3 weeks also.
Today is the 28th day of being unable to use the trading post, unable to craft, unable to loot chests and much much more, for me and for thousands of other people, who have created dozens of forum posts with thousands of comments. it would be nice to get some acknowledgment
really would you like to produce facts of how EU servers seem to be the testing grounds for patches and offline issues more than any other region, Patch 1.02 -1.03 where the USA was back up and running in 3 hours and EU servers was of line over 7 hours.
I did not make a false statement I made sure I was true to the information I was typing.

23 days ago bug report i check every day for it being fixed and no reply nothing fixed.
proves while you are a moderator for a forum you have no power over helping customers
that is sad and patronizing to the end-users who are fed a false feeling that issues are being addressed
Well, I might be able to elaborate what is happening with the crafting bug, So what happens is when we try to craft at any station most of the time it just closes the crafting window.
What I noticed it has something to do with animation, each station have animation when interacting with it, sometimes character stops the animation instant or after few seconds and character turns around as if going into inventory animation and when player attempt to craft it closes the window. I also noticed gaming lagging for 2-3 seconds when that happens (ping spikes), can’t confirm if the lag part is just me or it is a factor causing the problem.
@Delazouch of course we can help and we will try our best to solve your issue, there are going to be situations when the best option to fix an issue is to escalate it to the devs team and from there we have to of course wait since for fixing something on a game is not just about moving one or two things, bugs require time since first they have to find the root of cause, find the best path to resolve it and also try the fixes and check that everything is working properly, and that requires time.
We understand because we are players too that its frustrating to wait for fixes but sometimes that’s the best option and you can be sure that these situations that you guys mention are being fixed. I can promise you that because I know the developers work on this everyday and they really appreciate everyday that you guys wait.
One key point you forget, the "Contempt " Dev’s are showing to the end customer, if you had a faulty electrical good, and told amazon customer service they would help and talk to the customer, like the post I linked not one Dev responded to let the end-user know its on the list, nothing that is Rude conduct and shows “Contempt” to the customer, i can not even find a list of bugs that are being looked into, see all these flash updates new weapons, but can’t fix very old issues like basic Quests that need fixing, I don’t want a poxy void Gauntlet I want a legendary Quest weapon. I used Mallet/Sword & shield and want quests to work simply get the PVE fixed or bin all PVE Quests and turn it into 100% PVP. So can you escalate the broken quests issues or dont they matter ?
@Delazouch They really care, they have put a lot of love and effort building this game but also the devs can not be on the forums to respond to every bug report post, they will of course note the issue and keep working and that is where we will come to help here in the Game Support section and also when you contact us trough player support on a live contact.

Bug reports re the Maw quest and others like it for over a month, if there is nothing changing or happening for over a month the customer left in the dark has no choice but to think the customer service stinks,
like it or not it would take 5 mins for a bug report list to be compiled and updated weekly or daily with a simple pined post of bug reports listed and Dev’s working on. but no nothing and players are treated like mushrooms. run a poll to see and then maybe listen to what’s missing
Ticket is V464741977. I’ve provided game logs, dx diag report, crash report and screenshots. Haven’t received a concrete answer about whether what happened can even be reversed yet.
The only option is to open a ticket. That is what live chat and any other support employee will always say. There is no option to escalate, I asked to speak to a live chats manager and he said whilst he has one he is the last point of contact. Despite this Last point of contact, no game knowledge has been demonstrated to me. To be a game support, surely some game knowledge must be had? Or a way to escalate issues without posting on a public forum?
I’ve had an email conversation that claims to be in contact with the developer team, but each reply is signed off with a different name. That implies that either I’m getting a response by multiple employees on one ticket, or it is one employee signing off on different names. Neither option makes any sense.
Many of us will just quit if they don’t fix it…
then why has the biggest post about a lot of these issues been ignored? all people are looking for is some acknowledgement, a lot of us have been ignored for 29 days now with 0 reply, and yet these small posts get replied to instantly. its insane
This is getting a bit beyond now. Loads of forum posts about the poor quality of customer service, I still haven’t received an update or even an acknowledgement that there has been a bug regarding my ticket. I’ve responded to Greenvcs’ comment of what I’ve done, tagged him and responded again and I’m just being flatout ignored. I appreciate there are other issues going on with the game, but really that just highlights the poor customer service.
dude we have been ignored for more than a month now, its actually insanity
