Amazon Games Customer Service is a Joke

Long story short, I got suspended last weekend and submitted an appeal only to get an email back that my account was still suspended until Monday, November 7, 2022. I got two somewhat helpful emails. The first told me I was suspended for botting that that I should not respond to the email because the moderators would not send anything back. The second email told me my account was suspended for exploiting. Neither of those were true. I have been playing New World since the beta and have no interest in doing anything that can cause me not to be able to play. I was not cheating or botting. I was grinding two iron ore in an out of the way spot for two days. I called Amazon customer service numerous times and emailed as well and never got any helpful responses. The lack of Amazon Games customer service is a joke. It will end up getting you nowhere and will only continue to frustrate you. I am repulsed by this experience and will likely not be playing New World anymore.
