Amazon Gaming Support Is Too POOR

I have many friends that got permamently banned and unbanned later without getting a information message from support. They lost at least one or two weeks from wars while they did not do anything and were innocent. Ags somehow unbanned them without apologizing or any information and not only that we still have friends that we believe innocent still remain banned. I had a look on tickets and appealing a ban is big joke. You just get automatically respond after a while and sometimes the message begins ‘’ We are sorry for you have been banned from Lost ARK ‘’ :smiley: Support is big joke. If I was Jeff Bezos I would really fire some free salary enjoyers. This shit could happen to me as well and now I cant stop thinking to end my journey in this game because If I was in their situation I would probably go crazy. Now I do expect a moderator to come here and copy paste about appeal a ban while I am complaining about appeal system :smiley:

If you are referring to this week. They were locked away in limbo until the devs felt they could take time away from other things to deal with the trophy exploit issue. They clearly stated any flagged accounts for this issue will remain locked until they deal with it. You friends are lucky to be back.
