Hey! I have redeemed Amazon Prime Gaming New World rewards to wrong Steam account due to my Steam account switch. Now I have rewards redeemed to account without New World on it. Can I do something about it? Can support help me? Please for any information and help if it’s possible. Thanks in advance!

Unfortunately once you redeem a Prime Gaming rewards and its credited to an account it can’t be taken back or rewarded into another account.
We would really like to help out but it’s out of our possibilities.
Depending on the reward maybe try again on the correct account?
