Amazon Prime in-game claim does not work [BUG] - Robin Hood

If you purchase amazon prime, and attempt to claim the Robin Hood set, or any other “in-game currency” for that matter. You will not receive it. I’m sure this is in relation to the current transfer stop, but thought I should let you know.

Would be nice to add a small warning. Seeing as I purchased the prime for that reason, but I have no problem waiting. Cheers.

Claimed it also and didn’t get it ingame.
i checked prime and it said i claimed it, checked steam linked the good account but stil no robin hood.

Yep,same for me. I claimed it, it says I claimed it but in game the transmog is locked stating I don’t own it.

Same here, figured it mat of been an issue with the current reset, but even after it is done i still dont have robin hood set

Try here if you haven’t already. Claiming on Twitch isn’t the only step. Some of you may have missed this one. Hope it helps.

Doesn’t work. It’s claimed for me but I still haven’t received it in game. I contacted amazon and they knew nothing about it. Hopefully someone figures this out soon,

I wrote I attempted to claim this on Amazon, didn’t even mention twitch once. Appreciate the suggestion though.

It was more of a reply to everyone in case it was useful to anyone. I hope you folks are able to receive some help and get your claims.
