We are a married couple playing New world and my wife has a “Permanent ban” we believe that by mistake! Why do we think so, you ask? On 09/22/2022, we transferred resources for leveling the profession, and at the time of the transfer there was a delay, the trade was canceled. After that, the next day, in the evening, you put the servers on maintenance work, and then the player receives a “Permanent ban”. The question arises, players should now think and be afraid that after each Trade they may get a ban!!! Why should honest people suffer because of developers’ mistakes? People buy your project for real money! And they want to enjoy the game.
