Amazon's Response to my Ban Appeal

I got banned earlier this week for an unknown reason. I attempted an appeal as I believed I did nothing wrong to deserve an “Abusive Behavior” ban. It would really be great if it tells us exactly what we are banned for such as if it was an in-game message a quote of it. Attached is the response I got to my ban appeal. All it does is list a few dozen possible reasons I could be banned and that my ban was correct. If I don’t have any idea of what I did that’s wrong how can I prevent myself from repeating past mistakes and how do I actually now if the ban is legitimate? If they know my ban is correct and just, why can’t they just say the exact reason of my ban?

The reason provided is not “a few dozen possible reasons”, it’s just quoting which section of TOS you violated.
But it should not be hard for them to show you the exact chat line that caused the complaint. After all they should have looked at it.

NW should put in place different penalty stages
if a player does something for 1st time its 24-hour ban
2nd time 4-day 3rd time 1 week 4th is 1 month
5th is the ban.

Not saying you should or shouldn’t have been banned, but I believe everybody deserves to know the exact reason and not a list of possibilities.

I completely agree. By not knowing what exactly I was banned for I don’t know if I was banned correctly or not. I will gladly accept a legitimate ban but since they don’t give me a reason why I was banned I will not accept it as a legitimte ban.

Either means it’s a bot auto responding with the name Steve T or this literally one employee doing the ban reports for the whole game meaning he is probably doing a subpar job as it’s only him doing it.

I also agree with the increasing ban interval but at the same time I would actually like to know the exact reason I was banned.
