An entire community destroying a server

Hello , i’m Danny from the Caelum server , i have almost 500 hours of gameplay and something awful just happen on the Caelum server.
A huge community of players ( 300) came to the server 1 week ago and they are totally destroying the server let me explain how.

After destroying the previous server where they put the entire map on green and capture all the city’s they decided to came to our server.
They create multiple guilde on multiple factions , using exploit and different hack that we have on vidéo and also an entire vidéo where we had a conversation with the community leader saying that they legitimtly want to destroy the server and leave to do the same on another one.

A lot of players actually left the game , they are in our factions but also in different factions.

What amazon can do against that ? we already sendend multiple email.
